I’ve spent the past 10 years studying Well-Being in its many forms. There is hardly a stone in the wellness world that I’ve left unturned. I've studied meditation, yoga, sound healing, and alternative medicine, and I've learned a few things along the way.

Especially in western cultures. The things we turn to to relax often ending up making things worse (i.e. junk food, substances, doom scrolling).

Not Everything is for Everyone
People are drawn to certain types of philosophy, spiritual practice, and self-expression. Some things resnoate and some things don't. That’s great and that’s natural!

Creativity, relaxation, restoration, and flow states are way more fun than any of my addictions ever were.

Having regular experiences of well-being will make you seek out more! Your behaviors, tastes, and preferences start to change. Well-Being leads to more Well-Being!
